By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
The Sites are informational and promote our products. Your use of the Tacktiq mobile application is governed by the separate Tacktiq Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not by these Terms. Where there is any conflict regarding the app, the Tacktiq Terms of Service control.

All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, the Gybe Digital and Tacktiq names and marks, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Gybe Digital and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view the Sites for your own informational use. You may not reuse, republish, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written consent.
If you submit your email address to join a waitlist or contact us through the Sites, you agree we may use that information to respond to you and to send you updates about the relevant product. We use this information as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing support@gybedigital.co.
The Sites may link to third-party websites or services (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play). We provide these links for convenience only and do not control or endorse those third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
